They offered me two options to allow another tech tot come out or because I am 7 months away from my 24 months (the term of the contract) that they could cut my cancellation fee in half. The same contract that became null and void when they did not complete the service per the contract! I was appalled! I told them you charged me $99 already I feel that should be sufficient enough payment considering the service was not provided. I was then told that "They understand my frustration, they can send another technician or charge me $175 dollar fee for early termination of my contract.

However during that call, the representative said that a technician had been to my home on the 27 of September to service my home. This past week I originally called them to question about a payment being taken out when I thought that they called and cancelled the service but upon further investigation it was not them but another company. I've been using Anthem Pest Control to service my home for the last 17 months.
